Contact

Tell us the month, the occasion, and who is coming

The form on this page is the way to reach us. We reply by email to the address you give, with a route matched to the season and an itemised quote.

How to reach us

Use the form at the foot of this page. It goes straight to the people who plan the trips, and we reply by email to the address you give. There is no phone line or chat channel on this site at the moment; everything is handled in writing, which also means you have every detail of the plan on record.

Five fields are needed to start: the kind of trip, your name, your email, the month you plan to travel and how many of you are going. The extra fields — length, budget, what matters most, a phone number if you would like us to call — are optional but help us get the first quote closer.

What to put in the notes

  • The occasion, and the date if it is fixed: “our tenth anniversary, 14 March”
  • Whether it is a surprise for one of the travellers
  • Places you have already been, or already ruled out
  • Any route on this site you are leaning towards
  • Dietary needs, mobility limits, or anything a hotel should know for the celebration dinner
  • A budget, even a rough one — a total for the trip is more useful than a per-day figure

What you get back

A reply by email with a day-by-day route matched to the month you gave, the hotels and boats we suggest by name, the celebration arrangements each hotel can and cannot make, and an itemised quote. If the month you chose is a poor one for the beach you had in mind, we will say so in the first reply and suggest an alternative.

If you have not heard from us, check your spam folder for a reply from this domain, then send the form again with a note.

Before you write

Some questions are answered already: the beach calendar for which coast suits which month, the pricing page for how quotes are built, how to book for the sequence and what we need at each step, and celebration planning for what hotels will and will not do.

Privacy

We use what you send only to plan and book your trip. The privacy policy, linked at the foot of every page, lists exactly which fields the form collects and who processes them.

If the trip is a surprise, say so in the notes. We will write only to the address you give and keep every confirmation in your name until you tell us otherwise. Passport details are asked for later, only when something has to be booked, and never needed for a first quote.

Common questions

Questions travellers ask most

Can we call you?

Not at the moment; this site works by form and email. If you would like a call, tick the box in the form and leave a number with the country code, and we will arrange a time by email.

Do we need exact dates to write?

No. A month, or even a season, is enough for a first route and quote.

Will you share our details with hotels?

Only what a booking needs, and only after you confirm. Before that, nothing leaves our inbox.

Tell us the occasion, the month and who is coming

A month, the number of travellers and the occasion are enough to start. You get a draft route and an itemised quote, not a brochure.

Add more detail optional — the more you tell us, the closer the first draft lands
Budget, nationality and special requests can follow in conversation.
